Fountain, a San Francisco, CA-based Labor ATS and provider of hiring automation software for the hourly workforce, acquired Clevy, a Paris, France-based provider of AI conversational technologies for businesses.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the addition of Clevy’s conversational AI technology, Fountain will be able to provide employers with advanced tools that utilize custom workflows to create a smooth hiring and onboarding process.

Their innovative platform automates HR inquiries, easing the burden on HR professionals, and bridges communication between employees and various HRIS. By making tasks like leave requests and payslip access conversational, it optimizes efficiency and elevates the employee.
