Flux Raises $32M in Series B Funding

Flux Inc., a Tokyo, Japan-based AI platform developer, raised 4.4 billion JPY(approximately US$32m) in Series B funding.

The round was led by DNX Ventures, with participation from existing investor Archetype Ventures and new investors Japan Co-Investment, Aozora Corporate Investments, Salesforce Ventures, Sony Innovation Fund, SMBC Nikko Securities, and NTT Docomo Ventures. Debt providers included Resona Bank, and Shoko Chukin Bank.

This additional funding, which brought total funds raised to 5.6 billion JPY (approximately US$40m), allows the company to grow operations, accelerate continued development of its no-coding AI platform, and expand its business reach.

Flux AI allows businesses to leverage AI technologies such as predictive analytics, natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLMs), without requiring any prior coding skills or knowledge. Over 1,100 publishers and advertisers are using the company’s services, with enterprise customers making up the largest customer segment.
