Centroid Systems, a Detroit, MI-based cloud service and technology company, acquired EPM Intelligence, a Houston, TX-based systems integrator with Oracle Cloud EPM expertise.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Centroid will continue its expansion of transitional services focused on SaaS Applications with an edge EPM cloud consulting and managed services practice.
