Integrative Health, a Riyadh, Saudi Arabia-based provider of a network of digital-first urgent care centers, acquired Nala, a Riyadh, Saudi Arabia-based provider of digital health platforms.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Nala is one of the region’s most advanced digital health platforms serving over 200,000 patients.
With the acquisition, Integrative Health will leverage Nala’s platform to enhance its technology capabilities and expand its comprehensive care services across the kingdom. Nala’s platform and digital tools will be integrated into Integrative Health’s existing services, providing patients with increased access to care and a more personalized treatment experience.
