Grade, a Stockholm, Sweden-based provider of flexible solutions within talent management for the entire employee journey, acquired Jobbnorge, a Bodø, Norway-based provider of services and solutions within recruitment.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Grade will expand its offering to existing and new customers in Norway.
Led by Jan Solhaug, CEO, Jobbnorge has clients in both the private and public sectors. Operating in the Norwegian market since 1991, the company serves clients including all Norwegian government ministries, courts, universities, colleges and 20% of all municipalities. It has grown to 29 employees with a turnover of over NOK 70 million last year.
Led by Rickard Kajson, CEO, Grade has a turnover of approximately SEK 250M, of which SEK 200M is annual recurring revenue (ARR). The company, which continues to grow in the Nordics, now provides Jobbnorge’s customers with opportunities for integrated solutions to attract, recruit, develop, and retain employees. Its largest owner is Viking Venture.
