Fimatix, a London, UK-based provider of digital transformation solutions, acquired Semantic Evolution, a London, UK-based company which specializes in the provision of AI and machine learning powered solutions to the Financial Services sector.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Fimatix will expand its capabilities and offer a wider range of innovative AI and machine learning based solutions to its clients. Semantic Evolution will continue to operate under its own name as part of the Fimatix Group.
Led by CEO Gary Richardson, Semantic Evolution is a provider of AI powered unstructured data services that helps businesses achieve their goals through the use of AI.
Led by CEO Tim Howarth, CEO, Fimatix is a provider of digital transformation solutions to enhance the productivity of business and governments. The business has a track record of supporting major banks and e-money fintech challengers within the financial services sector, and digital transformation in the UK Government including the Home Office, HSBC, RBS, Ziglu and The Big Exchange.
Under the move, Gary Richardson will lead Semantic Evolution.
