B&A, a McLean, VA-based company which specializes in systems integration and software development for the Federal government, acquired iDoxSolutions, Inc., a Bethesda, MD-based information technology and management consulting company.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, B&A will offer more advanced IT capabilities across Federal and State & Local markets. iDox will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of B&A.
Founded in 2000, and led by Mike Brant, President, iDox provides enterprise content management, enterprise records management, and data analytics solutions using an Agile-based rapid development methodology. The company has a diverse customer base including the General Services Administration, the Department of Defense, the Department of State, and the Department of Justice.
Founded in 1988 and led by Jonathan Evans, President and CEO, Bart & Associates is an information technology systems integrator providing person-centric innovative IT Solutions for the government and private sectors to secure the nation’s borders, facilitate commerce, and support Defense, Judiciary and Legislature operations.
