Amplify, a New York-based publisher of curriculum and assessment programs, raised an undisclosed amount in Series C funding.
The round was led by Cox Enterprises, which joined current investors including Emerson Collective, Learn Capital, and A-Street Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its K-12 product portfolio.
Led by CEO Larry Berger, Amplify is a publisher of curriculum and assessment solutions. Already a market leader in literacy and science, the company is launching a suite of math programs that will bring together open-source curriculum (IM K-12 Math™ authored by Illustrative Mathematics®) with teaching and learning platform in math education, Desmos Classroom.
Today, Amplify reaches more than 10 million students in all 50 states.
