Third Summit, a NYC-based tech startup focused on building and investing in tools for content creators, small businesses and in-house brand teams, raised USD4.5M in Seed funding.
The round was led by Florida Innovation Capital (FIC), which committed $2.75M.
The company intends to use the funds to continue expanding its flagship SaaS platform, Alteon.io.
Led by CEO Matt Cimaglia, Third Summit focuses on building and investing in tools that empower independent content creators, small businesses and in-house brand teams to compete with larger multinational agencies and studios. Its flagship platform is Alteon.io, a SaaS platform that leverages partnerships and integrations with creative tech companies, including Apple, Opera, IBM and others, to help creators upload, share, store and collaborate on content from one single, universal space.
Its scope includes proprietary cloud-based media transcoding, maximized data upload, AI organization and Web3 integration.
