DaySmart Software, an Ann Arbor, MI-based provider of vertically-focused business management software, acquired R.C. Systems (a.k.a. ReCPro Software), a Warren, MI-based provider of recreation management software based in Warren, MI.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, DaySmart will expand its footprint within the recreation management software space, offering ReCPro customers access to its cloud-based solution and customer service.
