Bastion Technologies Raises $2.8M in Seed Funding

Bastion Technologies, a Paris, France-based cyber defense platform, raised $2.8m in seed funding.

Backers included Frst, Global Founders Capital, Kima Ventures, Motier Ventures, Denis Duverne, Joshua Motta, Renaud Deraison and Gaëlle Olivier.

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach, as well as its development efforts.

Created in October 2022 by Arnaud Fournier, Arnaud Drizard, Sébastien Duc and Robin Costé, Bastion provides a platform that enables micro, small or medium companies to make business assets and employees safe, manage their cyber defense quickly, and efficiently.

The company provides four different modules, 1) to conduct phishing simulation tests, 2) to scan infrastructure and web applications, 3) to protect endpoints, and 4) to monitor incoming emails.
