Ankura Consulting Group, a London, UK-based independent services and advisory firm, acquired GreenPoint Group, a US-China strategic advisory firm focused on corporations and non-profit organizations.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Ankura will expand its strategic advisory to navigate China.
