Accesso Technology Group, a Twyford, UK-based technology solutions provider for attractions and venues, acquired Paradocs, a Canadian provider of software solutions specifically for the ski industry.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

This acquisition enables accesso to offer an expanded array of tech options for operators worldwide to enhance the guest experience. Paradocs’ all-in-one mountain management solution – MtnOS – is now accesso Paradox, adding to accesso’s globally renowned portfolio of technology. Under the terms of the deal, Paradocs’ 38-person team of ski technology professionals will continue working under the accesso umbrella.

Led by CEO and Founder Nicolas Dubé, who will remain available to the accesso team in a consultative capacity, Paradocs enhances the mountain experience through technology. The company specializes in the development of software solutions that streamline operations, improve the customer experience and empower ski resorts to provide the best service possible. The hosted, all-in-one mountain management solution, MtnOS – now accesso Paradox – is currently used by 48 Canadian and 2 U.S.-based resorts to optimize both operations and the guest experience. The integrated solution empowers ski areas to take full control of their operations across ticketing and passes, snow school, retail and equipment rental, food & beverage, administration and online sales.
