Spectrum Solutions, a Salt Lake City, UT-based healthcare solutions company, acquired Huntsville, AL-based Alimetrix, a provider of a CLIA and CAP accredited molecular diagnostic laboratory, and Microarrays, Inc., a leader in customer array-based products that are used as biological research tools – gene expression arrays, reverse and forward phase protein arrays.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
