PDI Technologies, an Atlanta, GA-based company delivering solutions that serve as the backbone of the convenience retail and petroleum wholesale ecosystem, acquired Blue Cow Software, a Middleton, MA-based provider of oil and propane management software business.
With this acquisition, Blue Cow Software will divest from Repay Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: RPAY), a provider of vertically integrated payment solutions. The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, PDI Technologies will expand its home heat offering. PDI will continue to serve current Blue Cow Software customers and will begin offering the new solutions to both existing and future PDI home heat customers.
Blue Cow Software provides a software platform featuring service ordering, delivery route optimization & wireless communication with field teams, fuel oil- & propane-specific analytics, and customer relationship management & accounting. It has approximately 375 customers across North America.
