GSoft, a Montreal, Canada-based software company that improves the employee experience, acquired Didacte, a Quebec City, Canada-based company offering a corporate learning management system that supports and optimizes professional development.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the deal, GSoft will expand its product portfolio and offer its customers a comprehensive portfolio of employee experience solutions.
Led by Mathieu Dumont, CEO, Didacte offers a web-hosted learning management system for SMBs. Its LMS enables companies to accelerate employee onboarding, standardize practices, and strengthen the skills of their teams through a customized learning experience. With a team of 10, Didacte is a strategic partner in the growth of over 400 companies worldwide, providing them with an effective tool, coaching, free content and high-standard support.
Led by Simon de Baene, CEO, GSoft provides a family of software products that improve the employee experience. It enables companies to manage their digital transformation with ShareGate, helps managers contribute to their team’s performance, engagement and recognition with Officevibe, and facilitates simplified and personalized onboarding experiences for new employees with Softstart.
