Sealed

Sealed, a New York-based climate tech company that designs, manages, and finances home weatherization and electrification projects, acquired InfiSense, a Burlington, VT-based developer of wireless sensing and software solutions.

With the acquisition, Sealed will continue to grow and expand to new regions across the U.S. As part of the transaction, whose amount was not disclosed, Tim Guiterman, InfiSense CEO & Co-Founder, and Martin Bures, CTO & Co-Founder, will be bringing their software and leadership to the Sealed product team.

Founded by Tim Guiterman (CEO) and Martin Bures, InfiSense provides a cloud-based IoT solution platform that enables the rapid development, deployment and ongoing management of applications based on a new wireless standard called LoRaWAN (Long-Range Wide-Area Network). Its team designs the right solution, matches local contractors, and manages the project start to finish.
