Prescribe FIT, a Columbus, OH-based remote monitoring and virtual lifestyle health startup, raised $4M in Seed funding.
The round was led by Tamarind Hill, with participation from the Grote family, as well as practicing orthopedic surgeons and other notable business leaders such as Mike Kaufmann, the most recent CEO of Fortune 15 pharmaceutical and medical supply distributor Cardinal Health.
The company intends to use the funds to scale their solution in 2023 and beyond.
Led by CEO Brock Leonti, Prescribe FIT provides a remote monitoring and virtual lifestyle health solution that extends orthopedic care beyond the office to help patients improve their musculoskeletal (MSK) health at home with changes to nutrition, physical activity, and lifestyle. By combining technology with one-on-one coaching and patient outreach, they help orthopedic practices stay connected to their patients to help them decrease weight, reduce pain, and improve mobility at home.
