Buildout, a Chicago, IL-based developer of a commercial real estate (CRE) platform, acquired Oval Room Group, a national CRE visual media solutions company.
The amount of the deal, executed in conjunction with Buildout’s primary investment partner, The Riverside Company, who invested in the company in July 2020, was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Buildout will expand its offerings to include a single source for all visual media services, an important factor to property sales and leasing marketing campaigns.
