Tiger Finance and Merchant Financial Group are partnering to provide the capital.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth and expand operations.
Led by Principal Matthew J. Bruderman, Alpha 6 Distributions is the creator of the Arctix, a brand offering ski and other outdoor apparel via channels such as Amazon, Bass Pro Shops, Dunham’s Sports and Mid-States Distributing.
