CloseSimple, a Minneapolis, MN-based real estate company, received an investment from Plymouth Growth Partners.
With Plymouth’s investment, Jeff Barry will join CloseSimple’s Board of Directors. The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to hire talent, accelerate product development, and broaden its outreach to companies in the title industry seeking a platform to provide a cohesive digital closing experience.
Led by CEO Paul Stine, CloseSimple is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution used by title companies, escrow companies, and real estate attorneys to enhance the experience of closing on a real estate transaction with automated text message updates, custom branded email, the Pizza Tracker for Title visual timeline, and client-facing portal. Its platform leverages strategic integrations to bring buyers, sellers, realtors, lenders and attorneys into one digital closing experience, driving efficiencies, consistency in process, and differentiation in the market for its customers.
