Buyers Edge Platform, a Waltham, MA-based provider of a digital procurement platform, acquired RASI, a Littleton, CO-based provider of accounting, payroll and finance software for the foodservice industry.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Buyers Edge Platform will add new features to its comprehensive SaaS offerings which deliver end-to-end Ordering, Accounting, Payroll and Food Cost Management solutions.
Led by CEO Matt Vannini, RASI offers SaaS based ERP solutions for small, medium, multi-unit concept, franchise, and enterprise restaurant operators including Restaurant Accounting, Complete GL & Financial Reporting, POS Integration & Data Normalization, Business Intelligence & Data Analytics, AP & Cash Management, Multi-Unit Inventory & Theoretical Costing, Purchasing & Manufacturer Rebates, Payroll & HRIS, Restaurant Compliance, and Treasury Solutions. RASI processes $2.9B in annual accounts payable across more than 2,000 clients in the United States and processes 20,000 payroll checks per week for restaurant employees.
