Tour24 Raises $5.5M in Additional Series A Funding

Tour24, a Boston, MA-based provider of a mobile app that offers renters a way to tour apartments, raised $5.5M in Series A funding.

The extension included funding from 29th Street Ventures as well as investors that also participated in an initial $5.6m investment earlier this year, including Middleburg Communities and LAB Ventures.

The company intends to use the funds to extend its technology platform and drive sales and marketing, also accelerate our growth in the multifamily industry.

Led by CEO Georgianna W. Oliver, Tour24 provides a platform that partners with multifamily operators to offer self-guided tours. By focusing on easy access, custom interactive and audio/visual tour experience and seamless integration with existing tech stacks, the company provides coverage when offices are closed or leasing teams are unavailable to optimize a community’s leasing resources.
