Staytuned, a NYC-based software company that provides a suite of revenue-generating apps for Shopify merchants, completed the acquisition of Tabarnapp, a Montreal, Canada-based provider of apps to enable Automatic Discounts for Shopify.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

Led by Derek Morin, CEO, Tabarnapp provides a suite of Shopify apps that measurably increase revenue through discounts, upsells, and cross-sells.

Staytuned builds, acquires, and grows Shopify apps that enable ecommerce merchants to grow their business more efficiently. It currently serves over 20,000 ecommerce merchants across its portfolio of apps.
