Positive Group (fka Sarbacane Group), a London, UK-based parent company of Mailify and rapidmail, raised $110M in funding.
The round was led by EMZ and banking institutions.
The company also acquired Marketing 1BY1, a Lille, France-based developer of a Customer Data Platform, in a deal whose amount was not disclosed.
Led by founder and CEO Mathieu Tarnus, founder and CEO, who remained the majority shareholder of the group, Positive Group has developed solutions dedicated to digital business communication: email and SMS (marketing and transactional), creation of automated workflows, conversational marketing with livechat and chatbot, sales engagement, etc. The group currently supports 25,000 customers, mainly SMEs and mid-market companies, but also large groups and public institutions. The turnover will approach $30M this year.
