Modus Create, a Reston, VA-based digital transformation consulting firm, acquired Twybee, a French Atlassian Gold Solution Partner specialized in the training and implementation of Atlassian solutions.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition deepens Modus’ bench of Atlassian experts, adds training capabilities for Atlassian customers, and also further establishes its presence in a high-demand regional market. Twybee co-founder Alexis Robert will join Modus Create’s team specializing in European, Atlassian solutions, while co-founder Manon Soubies-Camy will join the marketing team to lead partner marketing. Other Twybee employees will join Modus Create as Atlassian consultants and marketing professionals.
Twybee provides Atlassian expertise and knowledge to help teams work better together by working with ITSM experience, agile methodologies and global work management. The team holds a number of certifications for solutions such as Jira and Confluence, and is a recognized Atlassian community leader across France, having trained more than 1,000 people in Atlassian tools.
