Guaranteed, a New York-based end-of-life care company, raised $6.5M in Seed funding.
The round was led by BrandProject, with participation from Precursor Ventures, Springbank Ventures, Lakehouse Ventures, and Cake Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to scale its platform with a focus on building out its patient experience—and hiring hospice and clinical care professionals, as well as engineering and marketing talent as it expands into new markets.
Led by CEO Jessica McGlory, Guaranteed provides tech-enabled hospice services via a team of experts across healthcare, tech, and public policy, which works through a hybrid home approach and 24/7 telemedicine coverage, and well-trained in-person care.
