Versori Raises 500K from Y-Combinator

Versori, a Manchester, UK-based provider of enterprise grade integration solutions, raised $500K in funding.

The $500k investment is part of the new standard deal offered by Y-Combinator to startups. The funding is made up of two separate SAFE investments. $125k on a post money SAFE in return for 7% of the invested company and $375k on an uncapped SAFE with a “Most Favoured Nation” provision.

The company intends to use the funds to further innovate with new platform features and to grow its client base both in the UK and USA.

Led by CEO Sean Brown, Versori provides Switchboard, which enables users to build integrations, workflow automations, data transformations or run migrations for any data source, system, app or platform. From legacy to custom systems, SaaS or databases. Tools found within Switchboard enable automated workflows, data mappings and transformations, alongside monitoring and security features.

The funding comes at a time for Versori as they target large commercial growth going into 2023 after an R&D intensive 2022.

Versori will be keeping the Engineering and Product team in the UK under the leadership of Co-Founder, Dan Jones, while Brown will focus on building the commercial team in the USA.
