eToro Buys Bullsheet

etoro

eToro, a Tel Aviv, Israel-based provider of a social investing network platform, acquired Bullsheet, a Munich, Germany-based provider of portfolio management tools.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

Portuguese cousins Filipe Sommer and João Ramalho Carlos joined the eToro platform as users in 2020 and went on to join eToro’s Popular Investor program. Twelve months later they launched Bullsheet exclusively for eToro users. Bullsheet provides portfolio management tools which enable eToro users to analyse the diversification of their portfolio, in addition to a suite of other tools designed specifically for eToro users.

eToro is working to integrate Bullsheet’s offering into the eToro platform and Sommer and Ramalho Carlos have joined eToro’s product development team. They will support eToro’s goal of integrating user feedback and requests into its product offering. Their calendar feature is already live and the ability to monitor a user’s eToro portfolio out of market hours – will be rolled out soon. An enhanced ‘news’ feature which creates a personalised news feed based on the assets in people’s eToro portfolio, is also launching soon.
