Vantaca, a Wilmington, NC-based provider of a community management software platform, received an investment from JMI Equity.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. JMI will be a minority shareholder, in partnership with the founders and management team of Vantaca who maintain majority ownership.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its growth, invest in talent, and develop product that maintain its customer satisfaction.
Led by CEO Ben Currin, Vantaca provides a mobile-friendly community management system, made for Association Management Companies and used by community managers, accountants, boards, and homeowners, to reduce costs, streamline management workflows, increase back-office productivity. The platform provides full banking integration.
With a nationwide presence, the company remains headquartered in Wilmington, NC.
