Digital Intelligence Systems (DISYS), a Mclean, VA-based talent gap solutions firm, acquired MAKE Corporation, a full-service professional and IT recruiting firm.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition enables DISYS to further expand its offerings and capabilities in IT staffing and professional services in the Banking and Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Retail spaces by building on the already industry-leading services they provide. The acquisition is set to close later this fall with plans to integrate all of MAKE’s current operations into DISYS’ operating model.
