Arevia Power, a Glendale, CA-based renewable energy developer, received a structured investment led by KKR.
The amount of the deal, which saw participation from GCM Grosvenor, was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth and development of new solar and wind projects throughout the United States.
Founded in 2015 by Mark Boyadjian and Ricardo Graf, Arevia is a dedicated solar and wind project developer that originates, permits, and manages renewable energy projects through their lifecycle. Currently, the company is advancing a multi-gigawatt (“GW”) portfolio of early-stage projects across the country.
