Keen Decision Systems, a Durham, NC-based marketing measurement and optimization platform provider, closed an $11m Series B financing.
The round was led by Ballast Point Ventures IV. As part of the financing, Sean Barkman, a Partner at Ballast Point Ventures, will join Keen’s Board of Directors.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.
Led by Greg Dolan, Co-Founder and CEO, Keen Decision Systems is a software-as-a-service company whose measurement and optimization platform helps marketers make dynamic, data-driven decisions about the most effective investments, by channel, investment level and timing.
