Swiftly Systems, a Seattle, WA-based provider of retail technology solutions to improve the customer experience, capture digital advertising dollars and build customer loyalty, raised $100M in Series B funding.

The round, which brings total funding to $120m, was led by Wormhole Capital, with participation from Liquid2 Ventures, Bramalea, Gaingels, Silicon Ventures, Proof VC, Western Technology Investment, Sand Hill Angels and The Martin Family.

The company intends to use the funds to continue its growth including, add staff and resources across engineering, sales, marketing, and customer onboarding.

Led by CEO Henry Kim, Swiftly Systems provides a technology platform that leverages AI to help retailers build digital relationships with customers and deliver sales results. Swiftly powered Retail Media Networks enable brands to influence consumers across their shopping journey and provide the closed loop reporting that drives high-performing advertising campaigns.

The Swiftly platform connects retail customers through engaging and personalized digital shopping experiences to the brick-and-mortar store, while generating margin-rich retail media dollars. Retail customers gain product and pricing visibility in stores, exclusive personalized discounts and rewards to boost savings, and an improved mobile checkout experience.
