VisuWell, a Nashville, Tenn.-based provider of innovative, virtual care solutions, completed a $10m Series B funding.
The round was led by Fulcrum Equity Partners, with participation from existing investors, Longmeadow Capital, PJC, and UltraGroup.
The company intends to use the funds to scale across all departments to support the expansion of its virtual care platform and to deliver new product offerings.
Led by Gerry Andrady, CEO, VisuWell is a provider of configurable virtual care solutions. The enterprise-ready platform employs browser-deployed technology to expand access to care for patients and offers acquisition and engagement strategies for health systems. The company will now expand its white-labeled platform of telemedicine, virtual triaging, asynchronous visits, and bi-directional EMR integrations and is already launching a new virtual urgent care solution, which is designed to digitally triage and route low-acuity patients to virtual urgent care instead.
