Mr. & Mrs. Watson, a Dutch vegan food-tech startup, raised €700k in feed funding.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its plant-based cheese brand and invest in scaling up their cheese facility and the launch of a new line of products for the international retail market.
Led by Nick Piña (37), Kirsi Rautiainen (38) and Aleid Koopal (37), Mr. & Mrs. Watson is the vegan food-tech company behind the fermented cheese alternatives and restaurant.
The R&D (Research & Development) team at Mr. & Mrs. Watson is currently working on a melting cheese that they will present in the first half of 2022. The company aims to launch their new product line to the international market within 2 years.
