Udo Raises $20M in Funding


Udo, a Farmington UT-based privately held communications technology company which provides a video-based healthcare collaboration app, raised $20M in funding.

The backers included a network of private investors, many of whom are associated with the healthcare industry.

The company intends to use the funds to to scale the company’s first product, Udo Care.

Led by Danny Frasure, CEO, and Dr. S. Ryan Facer, Chief Product Officer, Udo has created a HIPAA compliant, video-based technology platform that connects providers directly to their patients. Patients can also invite their friends and family members to participate in their healthcare journey. This technology also allows providers to communicate and collaborate with other providers, with additional context to make improved decisions for the patient.

Since its inception in 2019, Udo has grown from 4 to 63 employees.
