Mindful Care

Mindful Care Inc. (formerly Mindful Urgent Care), a NYC-based company that brings the urgent care model to the mental health industry, closed a $2.7m Series A funding round.

The round was led by Sopris Capital with participation by the Caruso Foundation, the University of Chicago, Venkon Group, and others. Mark Groner, Partner at Sopris Capital, joined the Mindful Care Board of Directors.

Mindful Care has location in West Hempstead, New York, in the Greater NYC area, in New Jersey, and in Chicago. To date, it has served over 20,000 patients.
