Leena AI, a New York-based enterprise employee experience company, raised $30M in Series B funding.

The round, which brought the total amount raised to $40m, was led by Bessemer Venture Partners with participation from existing investor Greycroft and Eduardo Saverin’s B Capital Group.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate product innovation to meet global demand for the platform for new and existing customers, and expand its employee experience suite to products for IT, Sales, and Finance teams by early 2022, and hire for multiple roles across the technology, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.

Led by Adit Jain, CEO, Leena AI provides an autonomous conversational AI platform for enterprises to improve employee experience. With Leena AI, companies can eliminate the need for HR staff to work on tasks such as answering policy-related questions, knowledge management, generating employee documents on demand, and managing employee tickets so they can focus on high-value activities. It integrates with 100 plus platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Office 365.

Since announcing their Series A financing eight months ago, Leena AI has added new customers, including Bayer, Al-Jazeera, HDFC Bank, Reserve Bank of India, Houston Methodist, Odessa, and Icertis, to Coca-Cola, Nestle, Abbott, Puma, P&G, Nestle, Lafarge Holcim, and Abbott.
