WorkJam Raises $35M in Growth Financing

WorkJam, a Montreal, Canada-based Digital Workplace for organizations with frontline employees, received a $35m growth financing.

Silver Lake Waterman made the investment.

The company intends to use the funds to expand its go-to-market initiatives as it broadens its footprint with additional global customers across all industries.

Led by Steven Kramer, President and CEO, WorkJam provides a platform that equips frontline workers and headquarters staff with a solution to manage scheduling, training, task workflows, and real-time communications. Deployed in over 38 languages and countries, WorkJam delivers total Workforce Orchestration through task management, shift management, survey, and micro learning tools.

The company works with some of the largest global companies including Shell, Kroger, Ulta Beauty, DaVita, Avis Budget Group, Alimentation Couche-Tard and others.
