Trainual Raises $27M in Series B Funding

Trainual, a Scottsdale, Ariz. – based SaaS platform for businesses to onboard, train and scale their teams, closed a $27M Series B funding.

The round, which brought total funding to $33.75m, was led by Altos Ventures, with participation from The Shark Group CEO Daymond John, Indeed Co-Founder and Chairman Rony Kahan, PandaDoc CEO Mikita Mikado, TSheets Co-Founder Matt Rissell, 8×8 CEO David Sipes, 4490 Ventures, MATH Venture Partners and PHX Ventures. 

The company intends to use the funds to to fill more than 50 new roles across all departments over the next year. expand its product innovation efforts and its business reach. 

Led by Chris Ronzio, Founder and CEO, Trainual provides a platform for small businesses to onboard, train and scale teams. Thousands of small businesses in over 177 countries build their business playbooks and grow their teams with the company’s solutions.
