HealthVerity Raises $100M in Series D Funding

HealthVerity, a Philadelphia, PA-based provider of an IPGE (Identity, Privacy, Government and Exchange) platform, closed $100m Series D funding.

The round was led by Durable Capital Partners, with participation from existing investors Flare Capital Partners, Foresite Capital and Greycroft.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate go-to-market initiatives, expand the already existing real-world data ecosystem and patient identity resolution technology.

Led by Andrew Kress, CEO, HealthVerity provides a unified infrastructure granting more than 250 healthcare enterprises and more than 80% of top pharmaceutical companies the ability to leverage the technical capabilities of Identity, Privacy, Governance and Exchange to discover, access and apply real-world healthcare data to a multitude of use cases.

Pharmaceutical manufacturers, payers and government organizations have partnered with the company to solve complicated use cases through technologies and real-world data infrastructure.
