Disqo, a Glendale, CA-based audience insights platform, acquired Verto Analytics, a Helsinki, Finland-based cross-device measurement company.
As part of the transaction, Disqo acquired Verto’s technology, intellectual property and measurement capabilities. The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Led by Patrick Brennan, former CEO, Verto has built technology to measure consumer behaviors holistically. Its solutions have been used by brands and media companies around the world to understand behaviors and measure consumer journeys.
