Foursquare, a NYC-based independent location technology company, acquired Unfolded, a provider of a platform for geospatial analytics.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the addition of Unfolded’s capabilities to its technology stack, enterprises and brands can access Foursquare’s location data and work with that data in an integrated platform for merging, enriching, analyzing, and visualizing spatial data.
