Databarracks, a London, UK-based specialist business continuity and IT disaster recovery provider, acquired 4sl, a London, UK-based high-performance backup and DR managed services company.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition will create a combined company with 75 staff, including 50 data protection experts.
