AppSmart, a San Francisco, CA-based platform to find, buy, and manage all business technology services, acquired MicroCorp, an Atlanta, GA-based national master agent for telecommunications, data center, security and cloud services.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition strengthens AppSmart as one of the largest telecommunications Master Agents in the United States. Effective immediately, MicroCorp becomes an AppSmart company.
