Bonita Springs, Fla.-based CapStone Holdings launched GameAbove Capital, a $50m private venture fund focused on minority- and women-operated businesses engaged in sustainability-related products and services.
Led by Keith J. Stone, Founder and Chairman, and Heather Stone, a co-founder, GameAbove Capital is a private venture fund focused on investing in and partnering with advanced-staged businesses with market leadership positions in services and products promoting the four pillars of sustainability – human, social, economic, and environment (ESG). Investment targets and themes focus on next-generation mobility, learning and workforce development, clean water, and products and services helping companies achieve greater sustainability objectives.
The firm looks to deploy capital with acquisitions, joint ventures, and equity financing in expansion-staged entrepreneurial ventures.
The minimum deal size per investment will be $3m.
Today, GameAbove has invested across a wide range of industries and focused philanthropic efforts.
