Bullhorn, a Boston, MA-based cloud computing company focused on staffing and recruiting organizations, acquired Herefish, a provider of automation solutions for staffing firms.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition of Herefish will allow Bullhorn to expand its offerings to enable companies to automate time-consuming and manual spreadsheet-based processes to improve bottom-line, improve recruiter productivity, and communication between recruiters, colleagues, candidates, and customers, and maintain high data quality and accuracy.
