WorkRamp, a San Francisco, CA-based employee onboarding and management platform, raised $8m in series A financing.
The round was led by Bow Capital, with participation from existing investors Initialized Capital, Susa Ventures, and the Slack Fund.
The company, which has raised nearly $10m in total funding to date, intends to use the funds to expand its engineering team and buildout its product line.
Founded in 2015 and led by CEO Ted Blosser, WorkRamp is advancing a cloud based employee onboarding and management platform which enables customers to create real-time in-person and digital programs and track their success via data and reports.
The solution enables users to create onboarding programs that allow them to ramp up employees, run pitch certifications that include screen recording or slide sharing and enable teams to give direct feedback, create learning paths, customized by role, and deliver critical content and track important milestones.
