Elm Park Capital, a Dallas, Texas–based private debt investment firm, completed Fund III, at $300m.
The fund received support from its existing and new limited partners.
Elm Park Capital is a private debt investment firm that lends to lower middle market companies and private equity firms. It will now continue to invest $10m to $50m in businesses that seek a flexible debt partner to facilitate growth, recapitalizations, acquisitions, or other special situations. The firm invests in a wide variety of industries with a focus on healthcare, software, technology-enabled business services and financial services.
The closing of Fund III represents $890 million of cumulative capital raised since the inception of Elm Park. Since its founding, the firm has closed 30 lower middle market private debt investments.
The team is based in Dallas, Texas and consists of 10 professionals.
